In this workshop we will work with coloured inks and pencil to explore drawing as a kind of meditation. We will look at how energy is transmitted in media, observe the influence of gravity on materials and use the discipline of repetitive mark making to create cosmic wave drawings.

In the later part of the workshop we will explore the idea of chance to make abstract automatic drawings, which will enable your own individual signature and creative interpretation.

Paper and inks will be supplied. Bring one of your own favourite coloured pencils.

Expect to collaborate with other group members ! No prior drawing skills are required.
