Presented by the ‘Psychopomp Project’ based in Seattle, connecting worldwide, the multi-disciplinary project TELEPHONE, assigns anonymously the work of one artist to the next one, who then translates what they see, as a ‘whispered artwork’. Once translated, the artist then uploads their work, to be passed on.

In this workshop the power of self-love and the love of others will be our inspiration. No previous experience is required as you will be taken through every step to create your own visual language of love, which you will then use as motifs to make a card and personal drawings to take away.

Inspired by William Stanley’s entrepreneurial story, a specially commissioned mural ‘Love Triangle’, marries William’s scientific success, his mass production of T squares and mathematical instruments with his personal life.
Cosmic Wave workshop, Hannover
In this workshop we will work with coloured inks and pencil to explore drawing as a kind of mediation. We will look at how energy is transmitted in media, observe the influence of gravity on materials and use the discipline of repetitive mark making to create cosmic wave drawings.
In the later part of the workshop we will explore the idea of chance to make abstract automatic drawings, which will enable your own individual signature and creative interpretation.
