In this workshop the power of love and self-lovewill be our inspiration.

Inspired by the work of Niki de Saint Phalle, we will work with a limited coloured palate using pencil, collage and graffiti techniques to explore the idea of love and ask the question - What it is we love about others ? You will develop your own personal doodles, abstract drawings and mark making to create your own visual language of love, which you will then use as motifs to make a card for a loved one as well as your own drawings to take away.

Paper and basic materials will be provided. Bring a pair of scissors and the favourite colour pencil of a loved one with you.

No previous drawing experience required.

Expect to collaborate with other group members !

Everyone over the age of 16 welcome.
