Presented by the ‘Psychopomp Project’ based in Seattle, connecting worldwide, the multi-disciplinary project TELEPHONE, assigns anonymously the work of one artist to the next one, who then translates what they see, as a ‘whispered artwork’. Once translated, the artist then uploads their work, to be passed on.
This project has been running since 2019, grown and become even more generous and fascinating. The resulting chain will be exhibited digitally, so they are accessible world wide and a selection of artists (as there are too many !!!! ) will exhibit digitally as part of a gallery exhibition on location in Seattle in October 2025.
I digitised my drawing response ‘gravity - space-dance’ , to my ‘whispered art work’, a video performance, the aothor of whom I will publicise when I know who it is !
